Wanda Lee Ratliff Caudill, age 90, of Allen, KY, widow of Harry W. Caudill, passed away Thursday, September 23, 2021 in the Prestonsburg Healthcare Center, Prestonsburg, KY.

A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 11:00 am in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, KY with Mark Tackett officiating.
