Jerry W Preston, age 46, of Laketon, IN formerly of Boons Camp died Saturday October 2, 2021 in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born March 31, 1975 in Paintsville to Charles Preston and the late Judy Mollette Preston.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Wednesday October 6, 2021 in the chapel of the Preston Funeral Home with Ronnie Spriggs officiating. Interment to follow in the Preston Family Cemetery at Boons Camp.
