Manuel “Don” Rose, 87 of Poorbottom, KY passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at his home. Don was a retired coal miner and a member of the Poorbottom Freewill Baptist Church. He was born November 24, 1934 at Poorbottom to the late Ira Rose and Ruthie Elkins Rose.

Visitation will be after 6PM Thursday, September 30, 2021 at the Poorbottom Freewill Baptist Church with a service at 7PM. The funeral will be conducted Friday, October 01, 2021 at 1PM from the church with Richard Gibson & Richie Gibson officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
