Toni A. Grigsby died on Sunday, October 10, 2021at the Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Ky. She was born on September 22, 1934 to Harlen and Delta Cornett.

Funeral for Toni A. Grigsby will be Wednesday at 1:00PM at the Hindman Funeral Service Chapel. Visitation will also by Wednesday starting at 10:00AM. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery at Jeff, Ky.
