Linda Kay Ratliff, age 64, formerly of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021 in Owensboro, Kentucky.

Born October 19, 1956 in Johnson County, she was the daughter of the late Heaborn Ratliff and Hester Spradlin Ratliff.

Funeral services will held 2:00pm Tuesday, October 12, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Johnson County Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 11:00am to 2:00pm Tuesday prior to the service. Hubert Slone will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
