Evelean Virginia Abner Young, age 79, of Paintsville formerly of River died Saturday October 16, 2021 at her residence. She was born April 21, 1942 in Dayton, OH to the late Rufie and Dorothy Carrier Abner.

Visitation is scheduled for Sunday from 6 P.M. until 9 P.M., on Monday from 3 P.M. until 9 P.M. and on Tuesday from 9 A.M. until time of services all at the church. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11 A.M. Tuesday October 19, 2021 at the Concord Independent Church with Steve Rose officiating. Interment to follow at the Lakeview Memorial Cemetery at Staffordsville.
