Bobby Neil Ousley, age 39, a resident of Brushy Loop in Gunlock, Kentucky; passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021 at his home.

Bobby Neil was born November 25, 1981 at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky the son of Yvonetta Gibson Prater and the late Bobby Jo Ousley.

Funeral services for Bobby Neil Ousley will be conducted Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at 2:00 PM from The Head of Licking River Living Word Pentecostal Church in Gunlock, Kentucky. Clergy Charlene Osborne will deliver comforting words on the day of service. Interment will follow in Colt Hollow Cemetery on Brushy Fork in Gunlock, Kentucky. The family will welcome friends Tuesday, October 19, after 6:00 PM from The Head of Licking River Living Word Pentecostal Church in Gunlock, Kentucky. Contributions can be made at the funeral home for the Bobby Neil Ousley Memorial Fund.

Due to COVID 19 the family requests that mask be worn for public safety at the church.
