Center in Hazard, KY.
He was born at Softshell, KY on June 16, 1933 to Chester Smith and Opal Church Smith.

Funeral Services for Brewie Smith will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel Friday, October 22, 2021, at
11:00AM with Brent Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain Memory Gardens at Hindman, KY. Visitation will
be held at the Chapel, Thursday evening after 6PM with additional services at 7PM with Brother Mike Caudill
officiating.
Family requests that masks be worn at all times.
