Maxine Taylor Blair was born October 7, 1928 in Floyd County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Enoch “Bob” Taylor and Evelyn Blackburn Taylor. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Blair, one son, Donald Ray Blair and one grandson, Scottie Hackworth.    

Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 Noon p.m. Saturday, October 30, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Home with John Wayne Browning officiating. Burial will follow at Highlands Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday October 28, 2021, Friday October 29, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, October 30, 2021 in Jones- Preston Funeral Chapel.
