Randall Lee “Duck” Miller age 41 of Fletcher Branch in Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, October 31, 2021 at his home. He was born April 12, 1980 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Bill and Carol Prater Miller.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, November 04, 2021 at the New Life Worship Center with William Paul Perkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Fletcher Cemetery at Fletcher Branch, Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church after 12:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 02, 2021, all day Wednesday and any time prior to funeral services on Thursday.
