Georgetown Police caught a suspected serial shoplifter over the weekend. The suspect is believed to have stolen over $200,000 worth  of merchandise. 36-year-old Michael Reid was arrested at the Kohl’s in Georgetown this past Saturday.

According to police, he was believed to have been targeting the jewelry counter. Reid is also suspected of stealing from Kohl’s locations throughout Lexington, Richmond, and Louisville.

Reid has been charged with theft by unlawful taking – over $10,000.
