Steven and Derika Morris were arrested on scene, after further investigation all were arrested and lodged in the Kentucky River Regional jail and charged with Assault 1st Degree and Robbery 1st Degree.  Otis Combs was airlifted to Pikeville Medical Center, where he is listed in critical condition.
