According to an article from WYMT, at a house party in East Bernstadt 31 year old Melissa Patrick  held a party at her residence and was arrested after officials say a fight broke out and one individual was significantly injured. Officials continued to say Patrick tried to run over the injured person with a car, but ran into a tree instead. According to police Patrick tried to flee the scene, but after being found charged at them, and after being arrested she began banging her head on the protective screen in addition to making threats to the officer driving. Patrick was charged with  Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence, Resisting Arrest, Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Menacing and Wanton Endangerment. 28 year old Jonathan Donley who also threatened his arresting officer was charged with  Resisting Arrest and other charges.
