Hazel Shepherd, age 86 of Gunlock, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born June 12, 1935 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Chester Shepherd & Sadie Crager Shepherd Howard.
Visitation will begin Sunday, December 5, 2021 at 4pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Monday, December 6, 2021
Funeral Services will Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Mike Smith officiating
Burial will follow at Shepherd Family Cemetery, Gunlock, Kentucky
