Bill Burns Baker, age 83 of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Highlands ARH.

Bill was born October 9, 1938 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Charlie Ray Baker and Nannie Lillian Borders Baker.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Hubert Slone officiating.  Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky.  Friends may visit Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Friday, December 10, 2021, 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, December 11, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m.
