On Tuesday May 10, 2016, Troopers from Post 09 Pikeville awarded a Magoffin County High School student for her artistic talent.  Madison Ward, a sophomore at Magoffin County High School won an art contest hosted by KSP Post 09.  Students were asked to portray an image that was representative of Magoffin County.  Madison’s winning artwork will be framed and displayed in the hallway at Post 09.  Post 9 services Pike, Floyd, Martin, Magoffin and Johnson Counties.
