Herbert Lee Shaffer, III, age 31, of Warfield, KY passed away December 8, 2021 at Highlands Appalachian Regional Healthcare in Prestonsburg, KY. He was born January 18, 1990 in Port St. Lucy, FL to the late Herbert Lee Shaffer, Jr. and Garnett E. Rooks of Zaleksi, OH.

At the request of the family, there will be no services at this time. There will be a memorial at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with cost. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
