Susie Collins, age 67 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, December 25, 2021 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. She was born April 5, 1954 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to the late Herbert & Laudie Watkins Prater. She was the wife of the late Jesse James Collins. She was a homemaker and a member of Community United Methodist.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 5pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Thursday, December 30, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Friday, December 31, 2021 at 11am at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with John Carwell officiating

Burial will follow at Prater Family Cemetery, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
