Charles Lester Messer 68, of Kermit, WV passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022 at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, KY. He was born Mingo County, WV on January 17, 1954 to Ethel Griffin Messer and the late Lester Messer.
Funeral services will be held at the Warfield Chapel of the Callaham Funeral Home in Warfield, KY on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 7:00pm with visitation starting at 5:00pm. Arrangements are under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, KY.
