Troy Joe Ratliff, age 91 of Allen, KY, husband of Clara Ratliff, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022 in the Greg Noreen Hospice Care Center, Hazard, KY. He was born December 29, 1930 in Pikeville, KY a son of the late Trimble and Myrcle Kimberlain Ratliff.

Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, KY with Tracy Patton officiating. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, KY and visitation will be after 5:00 p.m. Monday at Hall Funeral Home.
