A man out of Wayne County is now facing rape charges after an incident that occurred late last year involving a child under the age of 12.

 

Deputies were called into the Wayne County Hospital in Monticello after family members brought the child in for treatment.

 

Police have only recently gathered enough evidence to make an arrest.

 

55-year-old Frank Bray, of Monticello, has been charged with one count of rape. He is currently being held in the Wayne County Detention Center on a $50,000 cash-bond.
