Cody Allen Tackett, age 30 of Springfield, Ohio passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at his residence. Born September 1, 1991 in Johnson County, Kentucky to George Burton Tackett of Springfield, Ohio and the late Kimberly (Kestner) Tackett.
Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at the Solid Rock Independent Church (1011 KY RT 1145, Paintsville, KY). Burial will follow in Kestner-Estep Cemetery at Flat Gap. Richard Morgan and Clarence Music will officiate. Friends may visit at the church on Tuesday from 11:00am-9:00pm and on Wednesday after 9:00am until time of services at 1:00pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
