Philip Brian Palmer, 52, of Piketon, Ohio, passed 2:38 a.m. Saturday, March 26, 2022 at SOMC Hospice Center, Portsmouth, Ohio.

Philip was born June 11, 1969 in Walbash, Indiana, the son of the late Clyde Kirk Palmer and Wanda Lee (Craft) Palmer Delong. On August 16, 2020, he was united in marriage to Mary Ellen (Dollarhide) Palmer, who survives.
