Cecil Edward Hyden, age 86 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. He was born September 6, 1935 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Harry & Lucy Hall Hyden. He was the husband of Ellree Woods Hyden. He was a retired painter, US Army Veteran, member of Auxier Freewill Baptist Church, member of Lancer VFW & Auxier DAV.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 6pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky and Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 2pm at Auxier Freewill Baptist Church, Auxier, Kentucky

Funeral Services will be held Friday, April 1, 2022 at 1pm at Auxier Freewill Baptist Church, Auxier, Kentucky with Bobby Joe Spencer officiating

Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
