A man out of Northern Kentucky pleaded guilty this past Friday to dozens of child pornography charges along with one count of tampering with physical evidence.
20-year-old Emmanuel Curry is said to have been arrested on February 17th, 2021, following a police search of his home on McCullum Pike. Kenton County Police searched Curry’s home, where he is said to have lived with his father.
Upon the arrival of deputies, Curry is said to have thrown his phone out of the window, in an effort to hide it from police. Police discovered the phone, however, and found it to contain 69 files of illicit images.
Curry is also said to have run images through bing.com in January of 2021, attempting to use a reverse image search to determine where the photos came from, in an attempt to find more.
Curry is scheduled for sentencing on June 6th. He faces a potential prison sentence of between 1-20 years and will have to register as a sex-offender.
