Melissa Coleman Stiltner, 49 of Elkhorn City, Ky. was born on August 8, 1972 in Pikeville, Ky. and passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2022. She was a manager for Cigarette Outlet and a member of the Old Fashion Freewill Baptist Church. Melissa is the daughter of Clayton and Vivian Blackburn Coleman who preceded her in death.

Visitation will be from 6:00 PM-10:PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel on Monday with a service at 7:00 PM. Funeral service will be 12:00 Tuesday at Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Annie Young Cemetery at Shelbiana, Ky. Officiating minister will be Burnin White.
