Columbus Ousley, 72 of Blue River, KY, passed away April 11, 2022 at Highland ARH. Born July 5, 1949 in Floyd Co. KY, he was the son of Richard Ousley & the late Eliza Johnson Ousley.

Visitation will 11am-1pm Tuesday (April 12, 2022) at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin. Funeral services will be 1pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
