Floyd Man With Warrants Arrested At Martin Gas Station

A Floyd County man who was arrested on several warrants for drug trafficking indictments is now facing additional charges following his arrest.

 

45-year-old Nicholas Hagans, of Langley, was wanted on indictment warrants on five separate cases that involved drug trafficking and other charges. He was pulled over at a gas station in Martin by a deputy who recognized him and had knowledge of the warrants.

 

After placing him under arrest, officials discovered a bag of meth inside his car alongside a gun, several types of pills, and more than half an ounce of marijuana.

 

Hagans is now facing additional charges of meth trafficking, felon in possession of a handgun, and multiple counts of drug possession.
