Brooke Nichole Maynard, age 26 of East Point, Kentucky passed away Friday, April 22, 2022 at her home.

Born March 17, 1996 in Floyd County, she was the daughter of Melinda Jarvis Conley and step father, Alonzo Conley of Hager Hill, Kentucky and the late William Maynard.

A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00pm Tuesday, April 26, 2022 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 10:00am until 2:00pm Tuesday prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that Memorial Contributions be made, In Memory of Brooke, to the Phelps & Son Funeral Home, (606)789-8989.
