Raymond “Bo” Hurley, Jr., 68, of Fort Gay, WV went to be with the Lord on April 22, 2022. He was born at Welch, WV on January 29, 1954. He was a member of the Church of God in Christ Jesus.

He was the son of the late Raymond Sr. and Lillian (Cline) Hurley. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters Patricia, Connie Sue (Trent), and Thronda, and his very special nephew whom he loved as a son Steven Rose.

Bo was a retired Coal Miner and a Firefighter. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding his four wheeler.

He made so many friends along his life’s journey and was blessed with many family members that he held dear to his heart. Most of all he loved his Lord Jesus Christ, his savior, who gave him eternal life.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 1:00 PM at the Church of God in Christ Jesus with Brother Joe Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Church of God in Christ Jesus Johnson Family Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 from 12:00 PM until time of service at the Church of God in Christ Jesus.
