Gerald Wayne “Jerry” Patrick age 64 of Winchester, Kentucky formerly of Salyersville, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2022 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.  He was born July 16, 1957 in Paintsville, Kentucky to the late Earl Cecil Patrick and Nelda Conley Cole, who survives.

Gerald Wayne was a tool and die maker by trade and a dedicated member of the Southern Grace Christian Church.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 27, 2022 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Douglas Dunn and Justin Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the Jeff Prater Cemetery at May Branch, Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Wednesday, April 27, 2022 after 10:00 A.M. prior to funeral services.
