Louise Montgomery Patrick age 82 of Far Middle Fork, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022 at the Morgan County ARH Hospital in West Liberty, Kentucky. She was born February 23, 1940 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Leck and Ethel Back Montgomery.

Funeral services for Louise will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 03, 2022 at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Jim Howard, Tim Watkins, and Jack Jordan officiating. Burial will follow in the Patrick Cemetery, 329 Mann Rd, Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Monday, May 02, 2022 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.
