According to an article from WYMT, on US 60 in Huntington,  roughly 52 miles of Charleston, officials saw a one year old boy whose urine had created a puddle in his car seat. According to a criminal complain 56 year old William Ernest Smith, 54 year old Gregory Allen Smith, 46 year old Peggy Veronica Smith and 27 year old Heather Lynn Bledsoe were all in the vehicle using heroin in a parked car. Charges of child neglect creating risk of injury were charged against the adults.
