According to an article from WYMT, 39 year old Brian Scott Damron who was also the second of command of the Letcher County Sheriff’s Department, plead  guilty to six counts of receiving stolen property in addition to one count of theft by unlawful taking. He was sentenced to five years in a state prison. On June 1rst he was recommended parole, as he went before the Kentucky Parole Board. Damron is said to be released from prison July 1rst.
