Helen Ailene Hazelrigg, age 82 of Hindman, Kentucky, went to be with our Lord on Monday, June 13, 2022, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky. She was born on May 9, 1940, in Hindman, Kentucky to the late Victor Smith and Hettie Combs Smith. She was the Wife of Michael Hazelrigg.

Family will receive friends from 11 AM – 1 PM Saturday June 18, 2022, at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home in Hindman, Kentucky two hours prior to the funeral.

Funeral Service will be 1PM on Saturday June 18, 2022, at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home with Shawn Smith officiating.
