Vickie Blackburn Callahan, age 61 of Van Lear, Kentucky passed away Friday, June 24, 2022. Born August 15, 1960 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to the late Tom Blackburn and Estalene Hatfield Blackburn. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by two brothers: Michael Keith Blackburn and Charles Ed Blackburn; one grandson, Chaz Thomas Hollan.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at the Van Lear Freewill Baptist Church, 2687 KY RT 302, Van Lear, Kentucky, 41265. Burial will follow in the Blackburn Cemetery at East Point, Kentucky. Friends may visit at the Van Lear Freewill Baptist Church on Tuesday from 2:00-9:00pm and on Wednesday from 9:00am until time of services at 2:00pm. The family request that in lieu of flowers contributions be to the Phelps & Son Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
