Bessie Louise Johnson 76, of Inez, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 4, 2022. She was born on April 17, 1946 to the late Columbus and Stella Maynard Bowen. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Hobert Johnson and siblings, June Bowen, Tony Johnson, Paul Edward Bowen, Arnold Lee Bowen, Virgil Bowen, Douglas Bowen, Mae Maynard and Opal Johnson.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at the Callaham Funeral Home in Inez, KY with David Bowen and Doc Maynard officiating. Burial will follow at the Bowen Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6:00-9:00pm. Arrangements are under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, KY.
