Jimmy “Bear Dog” Messer, age 67 of Hindman, Kentucky, went to be with our Lord on Friday, July 15, 2022, at the Knott County Health and Rehabilitation Complex in Hindman, Kentucky. He was born on May 2, 1955, in Carrie, Kentucky to the late Willie and Betty Short Messer.

A Memorial Service will be set at a later date by the family.
