Terry Michael Evans 34 of Salyersville, KY passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2022 in Salyersville, KY. He was born on November 6, 1987 in Louisa, KY; he was a son of Ada Howard Barton of Tomahawk, KY and the late Terry Dean Evans. Terry was preceded in death by brother, Christopher Kyle Evans, maternal grandparents, Willie Howard and Ethel Stacy Howard and paternal, Homer and Christine Stepp Evans.
Terry was a security worker and of the Baptist Faith.

Visitation will be after 2pm Tuesday and all day Wednesday and funeral services being conducted on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 1:pm at the Buck Branch United Baptist Church with Buddy Stacy and David Stacy officiating. Burial will follow in the Evans Cemetery on Riverfront Road, Lovely, KY. Nightly services will be conducted at 7pm at the church.
