Eliza Helen Thomas, age 64 of Lackey, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022 at her residence. She was born October 12, 1957 in Martin, Kentucky to the late James Gordon & Audrey Mae Shepherd Prater.

 

Visitation will begin Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Thursday, August 11, 2022

Funeral Services will be held Friday, August 12, 2022 at 12 noon at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Dolvin Ratliff officiating

Burial will follow at Family Cemetery, Lackey, Kentucky
