Helen Jacobs Holtsclaw, age 86, of New Smyrna Beach, FL, formerly of Knott County, KY passed away Thursday,
August 25, 2022, at her home in New Smyrna Beach, FL, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born at Hollybush, Kentucky on November 3, 1935 to Irton Caudill and Hazel Slone Caudill Gayheart.

Funeral services for Helen Jacobs Holtsclaw will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Friday, September 2,
2022, at 11:00AM with Curtie Hall and Ricky Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the Red Gayheart Cemetery at
Garner, KY. Visitation will be held at the Chapel Thursday evening from 6:00PM to 9:00PM.
