Jerrod Michael Perry, age 25 of Thelma, Kentucky passed away Sunday, October 2, 2022 at the Paintsville ARH Hospital. Born August 18, 1997 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Michael Perry and Rhonda Williams Jenkins. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Martha Fannin Coleman.

   Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Wednesday, October 5, 2022 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Williams Family Cemetery at Oil Springs, Kentucky. Sammy Reed will officiate. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Tuesday from 1:00-9:00pm and on Wednesday after 9:00am until time of services at 1:00pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
