Cody Nicholas Chaffins, age 25 of Melvin, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He was born August 11 1997 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Albert (Bridgett) Chaffins Jr. of Frankfort, Kentucky and Vernie Hall Gibson of Indiana.

Visitation will begin Monday, October 17, 2022 at 6pm at the church and will continue all day Tuesday, October 18, 2022

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at 1pm at Joppa Old Regular Baptist Church, Melvin, Kentucky with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating

Burial will follow Gilliam Cemetery, Wheelwright, Kentucky
