Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s K-9/shift Sgt. Gary Mehler along with Deputy Travis Napier arrested Ronnie Lockaby age 43 of London on Wednesday night October 19, 2022 at approximately 9:05 PM.

The arrest occurred in a business parking lot off Highway 312 approximately 10 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a male subject apparently passed out for over 2 1/2 hours in a truck there. When deputies arrived at the scene and following some effort, deputies were able to awaken the occupant of the vehicle and conducted an investigation determining that he was under the influence. This subject was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances.

This individual was lodged in the Laurel County correctional center.
