Steven Butcher, age 61 of Paintsville, Kentucky passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Born February 6, 1961 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Edgar Butcher and Edna Faye Spradlin Butcher.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Tuesday, October 25, 2022 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to immediately follow. Buddy Baldwin will officiate. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Monday from 1:00-9:00pm and on Tuesday after 9:00am until time of services at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
