Donna Newman Ramsey, age 53 of Melvin, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. She was born January 28, 1969 in McDowell, Kentucky to the late Curtis & Betty Harrington Newman.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Thursday, November 3, 2022

Funeral Services will be held Friday, November 4, 2022 at 11am at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Bo Rogers, Chuck Hall, Ted Burke & Tivis Caudill officiating

Burial will follow at Harris Family Cemetery, Melvin, Kentucky
