Jacqueline Penix Fitch, age 57 of Boonscamp, Kentucky passed away Monday, November 14, 2022 at UK Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky after an extended illness. Born January 20, 1965 in Paintsville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Sandy Ward Penix and John Penix, Jr.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Thursday, November 17, 2022 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Fitch Family Cemetery at Meally, Kentucky. Ronnie Spriggs will officiate. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 3:00pm to 8:00pm Wednesday and until the time of service on Thursday.
