Wanda Ann “Blackie” Marcum 55 of Wilsondale, WV passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022 at the Cabell Huntington Hospital of Huntington, WV. She was born on September 28, 1967 in Williamson, WV; she was a daughter of the late Hubert and Bernice Brewer Marcum.
