Eunice C. Wallace Burgess, age 79, of  Paintsville, Kentucky,  passed away Sunday, November 27, 2022 at her home. Eunice was born November 22, 1943, the daughter of the Willard Wallace and Louise Wooten Wallace.

A Celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
