Con B. Conley, age 83 of Staffordsville, Kentucky passed away Monday, November 28, 2022 at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

Born October 15, 1939 in Paintsville, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Dennie Conley and Marjorie Blanton Conley.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Saturday, December 3, 2022 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, Kentucky. James Kelly Caudill and Mike Jarrell will officiate. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 4:00pm to 8:00pm Friday and anytime prior to the service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the Lakeside Freewill Baptist Church. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
